Montana Griz Football: UM smothers Western Illinois, 42-7


On Saturday September 11, Montana played its first home game since December of 2019. The Grizzlies held Western Illinois to 151 yards of total offense on the way to a 42-7 victory.

Following the game, Western Illinois head coach Ryan Elliott, Montana head coach Bobby Hauck, UM linebacker Patrick O’Connell, Griz quarterback Cam Humphrey and Montana wide receiver Malik Flowers addressed the media.
