WATCH – North Dakota head coach Eric Schmidt on UND’s game at Montana

Eric Schmidt is in his first year as the head coach at North Dakota, his alma mater. Schmidt played linebacker at UND from 1998 until 2001. He was the DC from 2014 until 2019.

He coached at Fresno State, Washington and San Diego State.

UNC lost 38-35 to Kansas State before beating Portland State 50-20. Schmidt joined Colter Nuanez on ESPN Radio this week leading up to UND at Montana.
