POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State football coach Mike Kramer has announced his 2016 signing class. Of the 29 that have signed, 27 are high school student-athletes and 11 are from the state of Idaho. The Bengals have signed nine from the state of Washington, seven from California and one from Utah.

The Bengals have signed five defensive backs, three defensive linemen, three linebackers, three offensive linemen, one quarterback, four running backs, two tight ends, six wide receivers and one kicker.

Porter Thomas, 6-4, 275, OL, Blackfoot, Idaho, Snake River HS
High School: Two-time first-team All-State by the Idaho Statesman and two-time first-team All-Area by the Idaho State Journal … two-time first-team All-Area by the Post Register … 26-2 in wrestling and placed third in the 2014 3A state wrestling championship … was coached by Jeff Dalley … parents are Boe and Jamie.

Taylor Pearson, 6-1, 201, WR, Blackfoot, Idaho, Blackfoot HS
